Thrive after-school is designed to empower teens through a comprehensive blend of academic support, mentorship, and engaging activities. At Life Changing Community Outreach, we believe in nurturing every aspect of a teen’s development, providing them with the resources and encouragement they need to excel both in and out of the classroom.
Our program offers targeted academic support to help teens succeed in their studies, alongside mentorship from positive role models who guide and inspire them on their journey. Creativity is at the heart of this program, with various creative activities and hands-on workshops that keep teens engaged, curious, and motivated.
This is more than just an afterschool program—it’s a vibrant community where teens can explore their passions, build lifelong skills, and connect with peers in a safe and supportive environment.
